• Loss, theft, or exposure to corrosive chemical agents.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to receive your item with complete confidence. As a 100% online store, we understand you need to be sure of your choice. Therefore, we offer a clear and fair policy for both parties:

Timeframe: You have 4 calendar days after receiving your order to report and request an exchange or refund.
Return Condition: The item must be in impeccable condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
Resolution: Exchanges for different styles or sizes are subject to stock availability. In the case of returns, a digital credit note valid for one year in our store will be issued.
Logistics: Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer (S/ 15 in Lima, S/ 20 in provinces), unless it is a shipping error or proven factory defect.
